This was my first experience dealing with a close family member funeral. From the first contact I received an incredible service. The professionalism, compassion and assistance exceeds all expectations. Nothing was too much trouble. Contact with all members of Gordon Barber was excellent. A special thanks to Sheridan for his guidance and support throughout. I really couldn't have asked for more.

The team at Gordon Barber were respectful and attentive whilst they were caretakers for my late husband. Although I was well prepared for the funeral, they still took time to check in on me to see if there was anything I needed support with. They also checked in after the funeral to see how I was doing.

Mark was amazing, he was a rock in a really difficult time. He helped us make important decisions and he is excellent at his job. He was informative and so very kind he made arranging a funeral easy for us and took care of literally everything. On the day we had Alan, Alan was brilliant, everything on the day was perfect just as we had a planned with Mark. I can’t put into words how grateful I am. At the end of the service Alan said some really comforting words and we had a beautiful framed photo of dad all the finishing touches were just beautiful as was the aftercare after the funeral. Just brilliant customer care.

I can’t tell you how much the funeral meant to me to say goodbye and we were able give dad the dignity and beautiful send off because of Gordon Barber Funeral Services. Forever grateful to you.

I have sadly used Gordon Barber 3 times in the last 10 months. I did not want this much experience in such a short time but the repeated use of the same Funeral Director explains everything.

The experience at Gordon Barber's was very positive. They were very helpful, kind and caring. Cayley was the lady who looked after most of the arrangements for us and she was excellent. My Mum's funeral was well organised right down to the finer details and we felt we gave Mum a really good send off. Had the pleasure of dealing with this funeral directors for the cremation of my nan who booked her funeral plan 2o years previous at the age of 100 she had everything covered . We had the pleasure of meeting Sheridan who helped with all the details and final touches being from Oxfordshire we were surprised by the different level of sevice with the personal touches would just like to thank the staff for making a sad day more memorable five star sevice from start to finish thanks for taking care of my nan and thank you Sheridan for all your help in the matter
