Dawn and her team were very kind, professional and empathetic to me and my family. They showed me and my deceased mother great respect and I am grateful that we chose M M Broad & Sons to facilitate our needs. Many thanks to you Dawn and her team mum would have been proud.

This was the 2nd time we have used MM Broad & Son in a few years and both times we have found them to be excellent in every way. On this occasion Lisa was so efficient and understanding. She went through everything, sometimes twice, and nothing was too much trouble at a time when even the simplest thing can seem so difficult. I would definitely recommend MM Broad & Son to anyone needing a compassionate and caring funeral directors.

During one of the hardest times of mine and my families lives, Dawn & the MM Broad & Son's team have been amazing, and made a very difficult time that little bit easier.

Arranging my mums funeral was seamless and the support offered throughout was lovely and very genuine. I can't thank Dawn in particular enough for everything she's done to make my mum's last day, a lovely lovely send off and a nice day for us to remember.

Not only was the funeral exactly as we wanted it, but the personal touches that Dawn added to everything we asked for (or didn't ask for!!) were so thoughtful they made us cry too!! She'd listened to things we'd mentioned about mum like her favourite flowers and made sure they were included in the theme of funeral and website where people can leave messages for mum etc.

Honestly, brilliant service, lovely people and in the unfortunate event that I ever have to deal with this grief again, I will be going straight back to MM Broad & Sons, and I'd highly recommend you do to!

MM broads and son stepped in quickly and kindly when, late Friday evening Brooks funeral directors cancelled my dads funeral on Monday. Kelly was kind and efficient when we visited her Monday morning, she confirmed and double checked the details, and knew how to communicate with a bereaved family.

I'd like to say a huge thank you to Jake for the outstanding help and support he and his team unstintingly offered us during this sad and difficult time. Jake, along with Kevin, our Celebrant, helped us to arrange a very special funeral for our father, and I would like to note that they went the extra mile several times during the process. Jake was always on hand, and his regular check-in calls were comforting and reassuring. On the day, Jake conducted the funeral with admirable attention to detail; he looked after us all with empathy, and his team showed great dignity and respect throughout. I would not hesitate in recommending MM Broad and Son.
