Thank you to Gill and all the team at B Matthews. Woolston. You provided an outstanding service throughout this difficult time. Your kindness and compassion from arranging the funeral to the special day was so very much appreciated. Also a BIG 'Thank you' for going that extra mile for us making sure that the burial plot was suitable for my auntie in her wheelchair. I can't recommend Matthews highly enough.

B Matthews have dealt with four family funerals in total, two this year.
They have been not only professional and efficient but also caring and kind. I would definitely recommend them. Gill and Gareth do a brilliant job.

Having had two very close together bereavements in our family we can't thank Gill and all the team enough for the care and respect they have shown our Mum's, but also the consideration and compassion that has been continually extended to us as the family.
From the first appointment to discuss requirements, to the service on the day (on both occasions), B.Matthews showed nothing but respect and professionalism which took the stress completely away from us at a very difficult time. Wouldn't use anyone else (although hopefully won't be needing them anytime soon!).

We were most impressed with both the efficiency and the kindness of all members of staff at Matthews. From our initial contact, through to the final handshake at the graveside, they ensured that all arrangements following my aunt’s death were handled with the dignity and care we’d hoped for.

An excellent service carried out in a sympathetic manner. At a difficult time we were expertly guided through the funeral arrangements in an unhurried and very helpful manner by Gill.The staff on the day of the funeral were helpful, proffesional and very caring. Shoud the need arise we would certainly use B Matthews again.

Gill is wonderful, very professional and thoughtful. I loved the fact that she had researched before we arrived and made reference to my other relatives who B Matthews had looked after in my family. She listened to me and made perfect suggestions. She was in contact throughout and made any of our changes happen straight away with no problems. I was definitely not "with it" during this time and Gill was patient and accommodated me perfectly. Thank you x

i would highly recommend using B Matthews. The service we received from them was phenomenal. The lady Gill who helped our family every step of the way, was absolutely incredible. They were very compassionate, very professional, very caring and understanding, and went above and beyond to help our family organize my granddads funeral. This isn't just a job to B matthews, they do everything they can with love and care. They took the weight of our family's shoulders massively in organizing and explaining everything step by step. B Matthews made sure that every single detail of the service was perfect. Our family really couldn't recommend them enough. And a huge huge thank you to Gill for helping us through the very emotional process every step of the way. Even after the funeral Gill rang to make sure our family is okay, and the funeral went well. which is very heart warming. Thank you again for your amazing service.
