Lovely staff!

I recently lost my Father, who chose to go down the Simplicity Cremation route.
However, Simplicity appointed Selim Smith local funeral directors to act on their behalf regarding certain
aspects of their service.
Being the first time we, as a family had used Simplicity, we didn't quite know what to expect but have to say,
the whole experience with Simplicities Overall Service, Plus the 'interim service', professionalism & kindness shown to us by Selim Smith F. DIrectors, Painswick Rd, Glos was second to none. Chris & Elaine in particular went out of their way to assist us. We really appreciated the extra length you both went to in order to make an extremely emotional period in our lives run as smoothly as possible, until you brought Dads ashes back home to us.
We should like, as a family, to say a Big Thankyou & certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend your
services.

All staff were courteous, empathetic, respectful and highly professional.

My sister and I do not believe the funeral could have been handled better.
