Absolutely discusting over 1500 pound spent on a family friends cremation and we have to pick her up in a green card board box within the ashes in a paper bag how much more inhumane can you get would not rate one star

This is the best funeral directors by far and I’ve had contact with many. Their service is absolutely brilliant I can’t praise them enough. I needed help with a casket with very special requirements and they took on the challenge with no hesitation, the end result far outweighing my expectations. I lost my mum in December 2017 & couldn't fault the service given by all involved with her funeral. We have had to wait almost 14 months to get the headstone put back but this was due to settlement of the grave & problems with the ground around the grave site. After a surprise call on Tuesday from the lovely Trudy I was told the stone was being reinstated that day and was able to visit it after work. Thank you so much Cooperative funeral team Nuneaton for your wonderful service and compassion through some extremely difficult times.

My experience with you was absolutely fantastic . You looked after me when I had to arrange a funeral for my mum . As I did with my mum for my dad 16 months ago. You looked after mum with such dignity. You were very kind and understanding and very patient on the day of mums funeral. Waiting for my brother who is autistic and struggling to walk with me . Everything thing you did for my mum and family I'll always be greateful to you .

During the sad time of losing Arlene the co-operative Funeralcare looked after us ensuring that we knew what was happening. Allowing us to visit and see her if we wanted. On the day of the funeral 14th August 2020 the cars arrived prompt and Tony ensured that we were aware of Covid measures in place for the cars and crematorium. Tony made sure that the entourage that was going to follow the hearse knew the route and followed. We felt looked after with care and respect
