Mears Family Funerals Bromley

Mears Family Funerals got the balance exactly right in terms of sympathy, empathy and getting things done. They went above and beyond to deliver everything we wanted for the funeral, including getting a specific coffin from a supplier they hadn't previously used. On the day, the staff were exceptional, taking great care to make sure my mum, who was in a wheelchair, was well looked after. It made a huge difference to how we felt on the day. Everything ran to plan, which meant we could focus on saying goodbye to our loved one (my dad) and receiving the love and support of friends and family. Thank you Mears, and in particular Geoff and Alan. We would not hesitate to recommend you to friends and family.

Very impressed with Mears Bromley branch, Sylvia in particular was exceptionally helpful. Was a great help to be able to get the Order of Service organised and printed via Mears plus to be able to arrange for the flowers to be done via their contact. Would thoroughly recommend.

Played wrong music then blamed it on family.If wrong music was chosen why was right music printed in order of service that you did? I am now changing this review as after posting yesterday and being asked to remove it I have finally got an apology from Mears for the problems at the funeral service. This should have been forthcoming earlier and would have sorted out the problem.

From myself and my family a very big “Thank you” to everyone at Mears, but especially Claire and James.
It was the perfect funeral for my Dad and everything ran smoothly.
