Tim ( funeral director)has been extremely helpful in organising my mother's funeral.No matter how many questions we asked him he was always very patient to take time to answer them.

Tim Jones is a lovely man, a real professional who created a thoughtful bespoke funeral for my husband. I can’t imagine a large company going the extra mile like Bradley and Jones.

Dear Tim, thank you so much for your calm and expert handling of my mum’s funeral. You ran my dad’s funeral 20 years ago and were so helpful and kind to mum then that she definitely wanted you to do her own! You were very patient at my endless questions- I should have known I did not need to worry about any details as it was all safe in your experienced hands! Although at a sad time, I loved visiting your welcoming premises to get some doggy love from gorgeous Hugo and Rollo! Everyone said how efficient and professional you and your team were at the service. Your next challenge will be to organise my own future burial at sea - I will be in touch to plan ahead!

My mother in law passed away in September, and from the very start there was nothing but compassion from Tim and his colleagues. From the initial phone call to the funeral itself , and all the arranging in between. Also , the celebrant that Tim chose was perfect and again showed the compassion you expect. The service itself was as my mother in law had wanted, bright colours, and a bit of humour. Thank you both.

Tim Jones has previously organised the funeral of my father in law and did a very good job he recently organised my father’s funeral. It’s a difficult time dealing with a funeral but we felt safe and happy dealing with Tim and his team. He dealt with everything organisational quickly and responded to all our many queries.
