A terrible and heartbreaking loss was made much easier by the kindness and compassion shown by Sears at Maidstone. Sally the manager is a very knowledgeable, caring lady, who put us at ease and made us informed. She was professional yet friendly and down to earth. All of this during covid too, we were made to feel as informed and as relaxed as possible. All the staff, especially the lovely Kelly and Stuart too, were all so helpful and went out of their way to help. Thank you again for your wonderful service.

The whole experience from initial contact to post the funeral were managed with professionalism, respect and care. We were kept infomred at all stages and felt that we were not just another customer. Special mentions for Sally in the office in Maidstone and Mike who coordinated the funeral on the day and made the experience easy to understand. Would highly recommend Sears !
