Massive thank you to Kim, Stephen and The Team for their compassion, courtesy and professionalism throughout this difficult time. Particular thanks to Kim for going above and beyond in tracking down mum's Death Certificate, (which had gone missing somewhere between the GP and The Registrars) - and for finding us a very nice 'substitute Minister' at the last minute when ours went down with Covid!

Doves were extremely helpful, caring and professional when dealing with us. Kim was amazing and made sure all of our requests and wishes were carried out without us having to worry about them at a very difficult time. I would highly recommend Doves to anyone.

Doves of Larkfield in Kent took great care of our father after his death.

They were very helpful and compassionate, and guided our family very well through the whole process of planning and preparing for his funeral. We had great support when dealing with the many details required for the service - eg creating the Order of Service and the Booklets, help and advice on the Eulogy from a Celebrant, arranging what music we wanted and when, the photographs we chose for video projection, and managing the flowers and donations from attendees. On the day of the funeral, the hearse, funeral cars, their drivers and other staff were superb. Special thanks to Chris Hatt who led the drivers and hearse with such professionalism and dignity.

As brothers, this was our first experience of being in charge of a funeral, and at such a difficult time it was a relief to be in such capable hands. Thank you to all at Doves.

My husband’s funeral last week was impeccably organised by Kim in the Larkfield office. We were guided through the process with care and compassion, allowing us the time to make the best choices for my young family to allow them to experience this funeral with as little distress as possible. To this end, options such as a photo coffin with a blackboard top we could all sign were arranged, a video cast to allow relations in Australia was organised and nothing was too much for them to help us with. A massive thanks to Steve who guided us through the day itself. I would thoroughly recommend this team for those recently bereaved - you will be treated with kindness to allow you to have a service which really suits you and your loved one.
