My dad recently passed away, he had a funeral insurance plan with the company Safe Hands who put the family in touch with Graham J Clegg.
The level of service from Ian and the rest of the team was superb, from initial consultation right through my dads service was carried out in a compassionate and exemplary manner Many thanks to the whole team

Absolutely terrible Company. They do not carry out your wishes and they deceive you. A normal service was required of which Alan Clegg confirmed but was not carried out. Instead they went against my step-fathers wishes of a normal service by giving him a “Requiem Mass” of which he did not want and this was stipulated many times.My Step-father had stopped going to church 2 years ago and did not want a requiem mass. Alan appeared extremely rude,loud and uncooperative over the telephone to myself and my mother and very unprofessional in his telephone manner as he did not consider my mothers wishes also of which she had absolute right as the Spouse of the Deceased to organise the funeral with being Wife,Executor and Trustee.Awful experience and terrible service from Alan. He has also recommended certain Solicitors to challenge the Will on behalf of the other party of which Caroline Chamberlain is in question as to whether she is related to any of the funeral directors. It all seems very dodgy indeed.
Alan said he would speak to the other party so that my mum would have some of the ashes of her late husband of which he ignored and so we feel that this company has truly let us down and is only a business for MONEY and not for the interest of the families or the deceased’s interest.

Ian was brilliant. He took us through the process carefully and sensitively, and we felt well looked after throughout.

Alan provided a professional, efficient, empathetic and friendly service. I felt confident that everything would go as we planned for Mum's funeral - and it did.

Alan and his team provided us with excellent service in our saddest time and we can’t thank them enough, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The service I received from this company was absolutely first class. Every single member of staff was professional. I would fully recommend them .

My mum recently passed away and we used the services of Graham J Clegg. We were very happy with the overall service, the staff were so kind, respectful and helpful. We used their services 5 years ago for my dads funeral which is why we used them again. We cannot praise them highly enough, they are very good.
