B C Baker & Son Funeral Directors

Jill in the office has been very efficient and caring all of the way even though we are only having a simple cremation. Nothing is too much trouble for her. Just what you need at times like this,

On Friday Bakers conducted my father's funeral. This is the third time we have used this funeral directors as they have always provided a professional, supportive and caring service. This time was no exception. Gill in the office is absolutely lovely. She's warm and caring and very easy to deal with whilst showing the utmost respect. Ian who lead the funeral was kind and compassionate. The whole thing went off as planned without any hitches and I thank you for that.

Very smooth peaceful funeral. BC Baker could not have been more helpful and guided us through each stage of the funeral. Thank you to all the staff especially Gill, nothing was too much trouble and Luke who informed us at each stage of the service.Thank you.

The funeral of my father was carried out at St lukes church in whyteleafe on saturday 8th october. Gill liased with my brother via email and telephone and all our wishes were carried out even planning for a saturday funeral due to me living in Leeds. Luke and his team on the day were outstanding. Cannot fault B C Baker and son at all. Outstanding service

The funeral director who visited me was very helpful and knowledgeable. The company carried out the whole service with care and attention. He even made arrangements for the spreading of the ashes for us.
A funeral directors I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Sorry for the delay in writing this review. B C Baker dealt with the arrangements for my mother who died suddenly at the end of October 2021.

My father, brother and I met with Gill who took us through everything but in a way that made us immediately feel that we were in a safe pair of hands. We felt comfortable talking to Gill about what needed to be done despite it all still being very raw and she was nothing less than professional whilst being extremely personable. We valued her advice too.

Obviously a lot happens behind the scenes but we were kept informed and any phone calls from us were met with care and sensitivity We were able to communicate with them quickly and easily and on the day itself, the team (led by Barry?) who attended upon us were absolutely fantastic. Despite the circumstances, the day of the funeral and all that B C Baker did made it absolutely perfect. Mum would have been very pleased with our choice of funeral directors and we can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you, from all the Pink (plus extended) family. x

Would like to express my gratefulness to Sharon, Gill and Ian. All of them went above and beoynd supporting me and the family. Could not have asked for anything more than what they all provided. They all had professional but also sensitive approach
