Dutton & Hallmark Funeral Services

Dutton and Hallmark, in Hoole, were extremely helpful and caring at all times, before, during and after the funeral. They helped us to organised a lovely funeral for our Dad, which all happened as planned. I would not hesitate in recommending these and their services are superb value for money.

Such care and attention taken. It was easy to arrange funeral and on the day I felt cared for. You cannot improve on perfection.

All staff are very helpful but Simon in particular is, as always, absolutely brilliant. I had quite a bit of contact with him during Covid through work and he never changes. His care and compassion is very much appreciated.

Two funerals now, both conducted professionally and with dignity.

After my husband died unexpectedly and suddenly Dutton and Hallmark were just wonderful in the service they provided. Martin Griffiths guided me through the funeral arrangements with great sensitivty and care. On the day he made sure the service, conduced by a civil celebrant he had introduced me to, ran smoothly and exactly as I wished. I can only thank him from the bottom of my heart for making the day so much easier for me. A highy professional and excellent service I would definitely recommend.

We recently used Dutton and Hallmark for my mum’s funeral. This was the second time we have used them in the last 5 years, and on both occasions the service they give is exemplary.

Martin was very Respectful, knowledgeable and reassuring throughout the time our Dad spent with them. He made us feel we were their top priority. He reassured us that dad was looked after with great care while with them and organised things so we could visit to say goodbye before the funeral. We felt looked after throughout the whole process and the funeral was carried out with the upmost dignity and respect.
