Great service received from Karen. Despite this being an extremely difficult time for our family from the passing of a family member - Karen and the team did an amazing job of taking full ownership of the process and the finer detail. I can't recommended her services enough.

Karen - my family and I are extremely grateful for all your help, patience and support during this difficult time..

My mum died on the 9th of June. They put on the plaque 6 of June. Don't trust these people. They charge people diff prices. And they made my mum look like wax when I went to see her in coffin. She was a mess. Why? Cos she was being cremated. Also they left her dead in her own home for 15 Ana half hours. They had to break her. Never in her life has she broke a bone. They broke her neck and wrists. Please. Go elsewhere. I'm so so traumatised. They didn't even change her death date.... Do NOT allow your loved one here...... MONTHS LATER.... They STILL haven't got back to me. If I could remove this star and minus it. I would. No apologies nothing. I repeat do not go here!!! 2 people have left since then. They also told me to remove this. No I wont. They asked my opinion. I'm giving it. Telling me I'm not they're client. Erm no. The client is DEAD!!!

Thanks to Karen and the team. Let's face it, nobody ever wants to be in a position to use a funeral directors. My experience was that of a empathic place, with whom the staff went to efforts to ensure we had things how we wanted. Thank you for your kindness.

We used this funeral directors as my dad had mentioned them by name prior to his death.
After dad passed, they were very prompt in collecting his body and bringing him into their care. We made the necessary arrangements with ease. There were a few delays in the proceedings and after a few weeks mum was contacted and requested to come in and fill in another form, though she wasn’t clear what the form was for or why it needed to be signed. A few days later mum was called and asked to email the crematorium to give permission for the cremation to go ahead, this felt a little rushed and had to be done by 5pm on 2hrs notice. As my mum is not very computer proficient I did this on her behalf. We were told that once dad was cremated we would be informed. After waiting a fair few weeks we hadn’t heard anything so mum called,to which we were told that dad had been cremated. No one had bothered to contact us and tell us though.
We then had to make an appointment to collect dads ashes from the crematorium and they are only open one Saturday per month.
We had paid for an urn and were told that dads ashes would be in the urn ready for collection. On arrival to the crem, dads ashes were in a box, not the urn we paid for. The crem staff informed us that the undertakers had not informed them that we wanted an urn. This was really upsetting and frustrating.
The communication of this undertaker left a lot to be desired. At the worst time in your life when you have lost a loved one, this is not what you want or need.
Due to our experience with this undertakers we would not use them again nor recommend them to anyone else.
