I couldn't thank Zoe from Yeatmans West Norwood enough. She helped arrange my Dad's funeral which was very hard for us. She made us feel at ease and was so helpful and compassionate. She helped pick out the best funeral packages which we had no experience of. Zoe chose the most excellent celebrant for Dad's service and it couldn't have gone more smoothly and efficiently on the day. Zoe has also been in constant contact with us throughout the whole process. Having lost quite a few loved ones over the years we have always used Yeatmans West Norwood so cannot recommend them highly enough.

We used Yeatman and sons for my mums funeral, as it is a very difficult time that no one can prepare you for this the staff show so much support and empathy. Angela was fantastic and amazing at sorting out all the details of how we wanted mums funeral from choosing the coffin to the order of service. The communication was fantastic making sure every detail was correct and if there was anything that needed to be changed. Angela ensured that we were happy with everything and how Angela supported us was amazing. The running of the service for the funeral went smoothly as the communication between Angela and Sam with myself was excellent. A fantastic team and highly supportive. Thank you.

I have used A Yeatman and Sons a few in the last five years and each time the service has been excellent. I cannot fault the service I received from Janice Getten, Funeral Arranger, it was simply outstanding. Her approach and professionalism made a difficult time so much easier. I also received an excellent service from Zoe and Angela when Janice returned to the South Norwood branch, not forgetting the Funeral Director on the day of the funeral. I would have no hesitation recommending Yeatman & Sons to others.

Choosing Yeatman and sons was one of the best decisions we could have ever made. Zoe was the person we liaised with and did so on a daily basis. She was very polite and friendly, approachable, respectful, sensitive, and always available. This made such a difference and made managing our fathers funeral arrangements so much easier. We didn't feel alone.

My fathers death was the first we have had to arrange as a family. Some of the burden felt as if it was taken away from us. Zoe and her mum are an excellent team.

Rita who lead the funeral procession on the day was also on point. Everything went smoothly . She too was very professional personable and caring. She made the effort to help all of us to relaxed on the worst day of our lives. We will be using their services when needed in the future. hopefully not for now. Thank you Zoe and Team . I cannot praise highly enough how Zoe handled my mothers funeral arrangements Her understanding,compassion,gentleness and professionalism were far beyond my expectations. I would like to say a big thank you to Michelle for her kind, compassionate and excellent service she gave to our family in arranging my Father's funeral. She was very efficient every step of the way, something we will be truly grateful for as it made everything go off without a hitch.
