I can't speak highly enough of the help & support I received. When I met with Katrina @ Marshalswick I felt totally lost. Katrina was so kind & respectful all options were explained with no pressure whatsoever. She listened & with her knowledgeable help we arranged exactly what was right for us as a family. I cannot fault Phillips St Alban's as a whole. From when they came to take my husband into their care to the funeral itself, I felt without exception they really cared. We were treated with dignity, respect & genuine care. There was a comfort in that. I would like to say a big thank you to everyone @ Phillips especially Katrina, you helped me through a devastatingly sad time.

It is ten years since I last had to use your services and I was happy to meet Katrina again. The choices were offered to me but I could still make the decisions. Everything was covered so the day went off without any hitches and I believe everyone was left with a good impression in their memories. Thank you especially Katrina

From the moment I met Katrina Strange at Marshalswick branch, it was like she took over all of my worries, and her professional approach was impressive. I didn't know where to start but up to the cremation service, it was handed with such respect, and care. It made me feel proud that all the service was such that I felt my mum's farewell was well over my expectations,, everyone involved in making this funeral service was so nice and professional. I truly feel my mum had a caring service. Also a big thanks to Laura from the main branch of Phillips, she treated the procession of the coffin to the church with such dignity, a big thanks to all, including the priest who did the service, thank you all .

We recently used Phillips Funeral Directors to look after our Mum and co-ordinate her funeral. Judy showed compassionate respect and her quiet professional steer was outstanding. I will never forget my Mum arriving outside her home in the hearse and the family being given time to take in the enormity of the day, while the drivers stood in guard of her. Once outside the chapel the pallbearers stood in silence with such dignity and respect. They made a very sad day bearable, thank you.

Very pleased with the service received from Luke who had recently moved to the Marshalswick office. He was very calm and professional, both on the day of the funeral and leading up to it. Luke made a difficult time as easy and stress-free as possible and my dad had a wonderful send off. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
