Excellent funeral directors staff were brilliant and went above and beyond for our dad's funeral couldn't recommend them enough thank you L fulchers

We sadly lost my dad couple of months ago, it was a very sad time, we had a lady called shell (Michelle) , omg, she was amazingly good at what she does.she explained to us what to do, where to go, the stages of the process, she done all what she could for us and was on call whenever we needed her, she put 100% commitment in what she done. Through out the process she was calling to ask if we was ok, reassuring us, she was very passionate in what she does and looks really good in her uniform. I would recommend her to anyone as she goes above and beyond. My dad would have been so proud of what she did.
My mum is also writing a review and hope she gets to see what we put.
I did go to see me dad at the chapel of rest, they did an amazing job and he looked so peaceful.
Thank you so much for the wonderful care you give my dad.

We have recently lost my mother and I went to Fulchers as it was where the family wanted to go. I met Dawn who was just so kind, helped me through everything, with my cousin making decisions.
So kind thoughtful and considerate all the time, keeping us updated on progression and decisions.
Highly recommend them, for all aspects of de ion making and over seeing arrangements, at a difficult time.

As a family we have known Michelle Banks for many years and knew she ran l Fulcher Thetford that sadly closed we are so glad she is still with the company, she cared for my husband Michael dealing with all the family requests and spent so much time making sure his send off was perfect, she is a very caring and loving person and is very respected in our town we had military personnel involved and Michelle arranged everything the day was a beautiful send off she looked amazing when she arrived at our home we as a family would never use anyone else I have now also planned my funeral with her for when the time arrives.

I would like to say a big thank you for your Excellent help and support at a very difficult time after losing my mum. Michelle was exceptional she showed great respect for my Dad and myself and couldn’t have been more helpful. Again I would like to say thank you.
