When your Mum passes away you really want to know that she will be looked after and that someone will help guide you through such a desperately sad time. Tracy was so friendly and caring and made the process seem effortless . Amanda co-ordinated everything on the day and we spoke beforehand. The communication, care and attention to detail to excellent and I would recommend the FW Chitty in Walton just as I was recommended. I can't thank them enough and they definitely provided a 5 star service.

They provided a very caring, understanding service from start to finish. Tracy was particularly brilliant and kept me informed of what was happening, as well as quickly and seamlessly making any alterations I asked for. I would absolutely recommend them as they provided a first rate service, at what is such a difficult time.

From the first meeting, Tracy was very warm, friendly, understanding and helpful. She took us through each step and made it a far easier process than we thought it would be. She gave us some very good recommendations, i.e on the celebrant we used and useful information on putting the order of service together. We also had good communication throughout. We couldn't have got through this as well as we did without her.
