Co-op Funeralcare, Downham

Our loving father passed away 11 dec 2019.
We had to arrange the funeral but didnt know where to start. We shopped around for the best price and then we called COOP Funeral home in Downham and made an appt to go along and we spoke to a young lady called Verity. She made us feel very relaxed . Her empathy and patience was shown the whole time we were in touch. It was not easy having to keep changing the arrangements but Verity
Made us feel like it was no rush and to take our time. Verity is not permanent at Downham, she is a floater. But if anyone wants to sit with Verity then ask Paul at downham and he will put you on to her.
Thanks again Verity. Our dad had a lovely send off. Everything on the day went to plan. I will definitely recommend you. You was a true outstanding staff member at Downham.
