Very friendly,professional service. We ha e used Stephen P Gay twice and could not fault them either time. Stephen himself was very professional and Nina who handled our arrangements is a lovely person and very helpful.

We would like to thank Stephen P Gay, Dartford for arranging and conducting such a moving funeral for John on Monday. From the evening of his sudden death until his committal you cared for John, the person.Your blend of compassionate professionalism combined with efficiency and empathy for us was greatly appreciated. while it is fresh in my mind i have to write in praise of the wonderful service the family received from all the staff at the dartford office of stephen gay whilst dealing with the funeral of my much loved and lovely wife colleen king at the thames view crematorium yesterday 8 th august .I was and still am totally in pieces and there is no possible way i could have dealt with all the arrangements without the superb support Nina and Diane at the dartford office gave me and the family .The support they gave me went so far beyond the level I had any right to expect even down to ringing me at home periodically to check i was alright .Whilst they were my major contacts with the firm it would wrong not to to mention the drivers and pall bearers would were so helpful and respectful on the day . I selected the firm because of their excellent performance at a non family funeral i attended that they had organised . the best decision i could have made i feel . And on a mundane level their fees were incredibly reasonable for such an excellent service so much so i had to keep asking diane if i had forgotten something so would recommend any one needing funeral director services to chose them rather than one of the national chained firms that now seem to have taken over much of the industry thanks to all at the firm once again ray king ps could i also thank then for introducing us to trevor donnelly as the celrbrant to orchestrate the actual service a delightful man whose eulogy for colleen in such a short few minutes so encapsulated the essence of her and i know left mourners leaving the service with a very vivid vision of the wonderful lady she was.
