Bay Tree Funeral Directors

Bay tree was our chosen funeral directors, recommended to us by the chaplain at Loros hospice. After losing my dad earlier this year, myself and my mum were clueless as to where to get started in arranging and organising a funeral, Sam and the other staff at bay tree funerals made the whole experience so smooth and relaxed. Our first meeting with Sam to organise the funeral was very comforting, we went through all the details and put our own personal requests which were all met greatly. I heard that funeral directors can try and get you to spend more on unnecessary additions to the funeral because you are vulnerable, but Sam did the total opposite, if anything she helped us save money, and still provided us with everything we asked for , it was a great comfort knowing that my dad was in good hands and was well looked after until his cremation, thank you Sam and your team for making one of the hardest things, one of the most stress free experiences you could ask for.

Sam and the whole team at Bay Tree made the whole experience as calm and uplifting as possible. They directed two funerals for us within a very short space of time and took an immense amount of pressure off such a hard situation. Sam was almost always contactable and answered any and all questions that we might have. Every phone call or visit felt so welcoming and warm, it was like putting our loved ones into the care of an old friend. Would recommend them to absolutely everyone and can’t thank them enough for looking after our loved ones, and ourselves so well.

We used Bay Tree when my wife passed away and I found the company very professional with a understanding attitude towards our loss. Sam helped us every step of the way and nothing was to much trouble. They are reasonably priced and you can cut your cloth according to your budget. Commissioned to organise my late fathers funeral the first dilemna was to select which local funeral director to use and having spoke to a few and compared prices i opted for Bay Tree Funeral Services in Blaby after speaking to Sam.
