I was unsure what funeral services to utilise when my mum sadly passed away. I looked up various establishments and came across Om Funeral Services

From my initial conversation with Dipen, I was put at ease and we arranged to go and meet him on the same day.

The services were arranged bespoke to our liking and trying to fit in the arrangements from organising the flowers, casket, time of cremation and limousine services.

The whole process was very professional whilst showing high degrees of compassion, both his wife and Dipen were excellent - not forgetting the dog and their baby too!

The day of the funeral ran like clock work, very punctual and courteous, the staff were very generous from offering bottles of water as it was very warm to directing us where we needed to go at Great Glen..

A very difficult day with everyone mourning and grief stricken was made easier by Dipen's team.

Their flexibility in answering and replying to calls in late hours is second to none and always had an answer to your question. Mona and Dipen were fantastic in supporting me and my family during the hardest stage of my life. I had no clue what I needed to do when I lost my Dad and wasnt even in the right mindset. I would like to sincerely thank Mr and Mrs Chauhan for their excellent service from start to finish. Mr Chauhan was extremely responsive and sympathetic in a very stressful week for our family. He was also very professional in handling all the administrative work and working very closely with Great Glen Crematorium to find a suitable slot for the funeral service. He spoke to me numerous times on the phone and answered many questions I had and walked me through the process very clearly. Nothing was difficult for him, he was always 2-3 steps ahead and helped put me at ease. I must also give a special thankyou to his wife Mrs Chauhan for dressing my mother. She went out her way to ensure my mother looked beautiful for the funeral service just per her final wishes.
