We have been so fortunate to meet Paul and his team from Co-op Funeralcare in Stone. At a very difficult time Paul went above and beyond to be involved with the final wishes of our brother David. He gave helpful advice and had a genuine interest, whilst being 100 percent professional, respectful and considerate. Paul was involved in the process from start to finish, he used his wealth of knowledge with care and dignity. Thanks Paul from Howard and Ian.

Stone funeral care has yet again made the loss of a family member that little bit easier. Paul especially has helped to give my dad the most respectful and dignified send off and has been so supportive and compassionate every step of the way to myself and family. Also thanks goes to Kimberly Mason who delivered such a beautiful service who was recommended by Paul. We have done my dad proud and could not of planned and delivered my fathers final goodbye without Paul and his team. Forever grateful for your excellent service and genuine empathy. Thanks Paul.

When we first went to Stone Funeralcare, Paul said that his goal for each funeral that they organise is to have an experience that is personal, allowing the character and personality of the individual involved to be central in the planning of the event. We certainly found this to be the case as Paul guided us through the process. There were a couple of practical issues as the day of the funeral approached, but these were also handled with professionalism and sensitivity. On the day of the funeral, the Stone Funeralcare team were very respectful and ensured that all went according to plan in a considerate and proficient manner.

When my Son died, we were in a daze from grief. Paul guided us through the whole process, with empathy, compassion and honesty, from start to finish. They arranged everything for the funeral and we got everything that we needed and asked for. Nothing was too much trouble. Every email and phone call we made to them, were answered as quickly as possible. We were never left wondering what was happening. Paul and the rest of the team, really helped to get us through a very difficult day, without worry.

Paul and his marvelous team looked after both my parents funerals. One was pre-covid and everything was catered for, the other was during the pandemic but Paul did a wonderful job in trying to make it as personal as possible under the circumstances.

Nothing was too much trouble, from collection of my father from his home to the arrangement of all the little idiosyncrasies that we wanted, to the polite and professional way that Paul and his team dealt with us at our time of grief.

Paul from Stone Funeralcare was polite, respectful, professional & friendly right from the first phone I made to talk about arrangements for my stepdad's funeral, through to the viewing & beyond. Nothing was too much trouble & all questions my mum asked were answered in a very dignified manner. I was kept up to date with everything. Dave the Funeral Director was very professional & also very kind to my mum.

Excellent service. Compassionate, courteous and very thorough. When my brother passed away and I was named as executor together with my sister, we had little clue as to what we needed to do. However, we were guided expertly through the process. Paul did everything possible to accommodate our slightly unusual ideas for the service and on the day arranged for the hearse to divert via my sister’s house so that she could follow. Whenever I had a question, answers via email or phone were immediate and helpful. First class.

We used Stone Funeralcare to look after our father/Father-in-law when he passed away.

We cannot speak highly enough about the service we received and how Paul looked after us throughout the whole process. Dealing with such tragic circumstances is a daunting prospect for anyone, and yet Paul and his team treated us with an understanding and kindness that was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble as he guided us throughout the process and allayed any fears we had. Any questions we had, he answered, everything we needed to know, he told us. He told us that at any stage we could call and speak to him if we needed clarity on anything, which we did on several occasions, and he was always there with a guiding hand and a sympathetic ear.
