Our family would like to highly recommend John Brown Funeral Services for their amazing care, compassion and empathy shown to us following the loss of our much loved mother.
We were guided through all stages in planning the funeral, and it resulted in a day of happy memories,which was a great comfort to us all.

Recently David of John Brown Funeral Services arranged the joint internment of our parents ashes, again a difficult day was handled with great sensitivity and professionalism.We cannot thank David enough.

From our first meeting, Bronya listened carefully and respectfully to our requests, and immediately gave our family the confidence my father-in-law, Alan Clarke would receive the celebration service exactly as he had wanted.

Ensuring no stone was left unturned, Bronya flawlessly coordinated all details of the service, making a lovely suggestion that both Alan's granddaughters could follow him into the crematorium, carrying the flowers they had specifically picked for their Grandad.

The Civil Celebrant (Geoff Patching) Bronya chose to deliver the service was fantastic and a pleasure to deal with; he is a real credit to his profession!

On the day, her quiet confidence and careful explanations ensured that everything went to plan; we really couldn’t have wished for anything better!

Can not praise highly enough, for the direction, kindness respect and care shown to us at such a difficult time. Trish and Steve at John Browns Funeral Services were outstanding. Their attention to detail, care of us and our loved one was second to none. Amazing service by the John Brown team ( Trish & Tamara) they did my grandad proud. I thought organising a funeral would be hard but they made it so easy and pleasant. The celebrant Geoff Patching who conducted the service was so down to earth and made the day not a sad one.
