My Mother in law paid him monies in full for work to be done on two graves, he has put up the headstones.
But over two years later he has yet to complete the works and gravel for the surrounds and topping.
Despite numerous phone calls to enquire what is happening, she either hasn’t had calls returned or is met with one excuse after another.
She even went in person and the majority of the time he is not there, she did catch him this week and he again came up with excuses, but claims he will do the work next week.
