Didn't send the parcel on the correct day. Supposed to be delivered Monday but delivered Friday when you have booked time off to be in its not good. The parts were all different shapes. Some were really loose others were that tight I couldn't use them.

End brackets were 20mm different to the other brackets so couldn't use them.

Wouldn't use again might be cheap but you get what you pay for.

Quick delivery.

Fantastic company. Had a problem where i was let down from another supplier with some hinges, Spoke to Rolf at 5.00pm and by 9.00am the next day he had sorted the problem out for me. Nothing was a problem to them.

Distance collection at reception. Friendly very helpful.

L31 pva is brilliant, as good as the titebond 3 i usually use, and a lot more cost effective.

Not always the cheapest but usually within a £1 or so of the lowest with much better quality stuff.

Delivery always prompt, even throughout the courier strikes and has arrived with 48hrs of ordering.

Bonus, if you call up, the customer service is exemplary, nothing is too much of an issue.
