Absolutely amazing store and great customer service! Always smiling and happy to help, I seen a little cast iron Pigeon in the window while I was waiting at the traffic lights and thought I must have it, parked up, popped in and was amazed at the stock they hold, fantastic value for money and definitely a must for Thrapston high street! First time shopping here (online) and the quality of customer care is excellent. It’s always good to know how companies treat a customer when things don’t go quite as well as hoped. There was an issue with my delivery resulting in a damaged product. It was rectified in a matter of hours by Ian and the product was replaced within a couple of days. I will definitely be returning.
