I visited the Norwich store a few weeks ago to check out colours and measurements of various pieces of furniture. The assistant that helped me (Ivelina) was amazing - so polite and helpful - measured everything I asked her to and advised me about colours. I then ordered what I chose online and it was delivered last week. Delivery people were also very polite and helpful, making the whole shopping experience with this company a pleasure. Thank you so much!

I hate leaving negative reviews as I get some for my company and they do not help business at all. But we bought a book case for around £1000 which is meant to be oak, some of the shelves are made of balsa type wood and none of the 15 shelves fitted all far too small, they said they would send all new oak shelves, but 3 new balsa wood ones turned up months later, and that was that part from somebody new taking over my case asked for more photos, it was just getting silly. I had to give up just to get on with life.54 grammes for an okay shelf ????

Updated - goods arrived damaged, complained to cotswold customer service and told to send photos. Sent pictures immediately and then silence.called them and another person agreed a solution (in Yr favour) but that local store would call me. 24hrs later, NOTHING!
Emailed several times and no response.
Called and nothing. Tweeted today and recievd reply asking for order number. 2 hrs later recieved another reply asking for same order number!
So 3 days later still nothing!
I would retract my positive review and suggest this company is appalling in terms of aftersale and clearly doesn't give a damn about its customers.
AVOID THIS BISINESS.
I'm fed up with this experience and having spent over £1000 I feel badly treated

Come and pick up your rubbish and refund me the full amount not just a compensatory amount!

Had an appalling experience with the outlet store in Norwich. We bought a dining table from there, and were charged £50 for delivery as it wouldn't fit in our car. No communication on the day of delivery to say what time it was arriving. We chased several times for an update, and their delivery men finally turned up at nearly 7 in the evening. The table was in pieces, with a litany of screws, bolts and nuts... and no assembly instructions! My wife and I both phoned them numerous times over the next two days, and were promised the instructions would be emailed. Now nearly a week later, they still haven't turned up.

Have seen a few other reviews lamenting their lack of customer service. They're right: it's awful. Terrible company. And a shame, because there were a fair few items we were going to buy in their showroom proper. We won't bother now.

We have bought two lots of furniture from the Norwich Outlet recently. The staff in the store have, without exception, been polite and helpful. The same two guys have delivered, and on the second occasion assembled, the items we bought. They are courteous, polite and efficient. We telephoned the day before to get a broad idea of the delivery time and we received an email when the time altered due to unforeseen circumstances. We are delighted all round and will definitely use the NO again.

Don't be fooled by the positive reviews. Been waiting 5 months for items that were allegedly in stock on 1-2 week lead time. Numerous missed delivery dates that we've taken time of to work around and been lied to by their staff so many times we've genuinely lost count. Worst company we have ever dealt with.
