What amazing service by Andrea from Crawshawbooth!! We were missing some brackets when we purchased the sofa bed but she took the challenge of finding us some replacement parts. Not only did she find them but got them sent out to us which saved us a 1hr round trip! Very much appreciate the great customer service….give her a bonus please.

Called in during the run up to Christmas.
Andrea and Jason in the Crawshawbooth store were simply brilliant and couldn’t do enough to help. The got us sorted with some new bar stools that we have been after for a while. Of all the stores we spoke to they were by far the most helpful and easiest to deal with. So much so we are off back there to look for a new dining room table and chairs!
Would highly recommend this store. Great staff, good quality furniture and reasonable prices.

I don't normally do reviews but felt l had to express how impressed l have been with Brand Interiors. I was looking for a particular sofa bed and spoke to (Andy ?) at the Stockport branch and he took my details to let me know if any came into stock. A few days later l received a call to say he had found one at the Rawtenstall branch, and would ask them to reserve it for me. I then spoke to Andrea, who said she would send photos of it to help me decide. She then arranged delivery and l received a call from the delivery crew to arrange a suitable day/time. The sofa was delivered a few days later within the two hour allocated slot. A huge 'thank you' to all involved, especially Andrea, l will definitely recommend Brand Interiors to others.

We keep popping in here when ever we want something new. We always find what we want over time and get good quality furniture at fantastic prices. Today Dave & Tom delivered our latest acquisitions. I love this store! I never fail to bag a bargain whenever I visit. Recently purchased a beautiful M & S sofa and full set of garden furniture for a steal compared to M & S prices. The staff are lovely and really helpful - wouldn't go anywhere else!
