Hidden gem to find furniture. The customer service is second to none. After buying my L leather sofa, I had issues with the springs.. 1 time after 1 year and another after 2 years. No joke, they sent an upholster over two times, without questioning me and fixed it perfectly. This is really appreciated ... Things do break ofcourse but it always comes down to how things are handled and it's a real testament to this brand ... Furniture retailers can be a somewhat dodgy industry (we all know who you are) .. but camerich is refreshing in the sector. I also like the name, came rich :)...

Just called this store for some chair measurements - the lady I spoke with didn't have the chair in store, but called their Fulham branch. We got cut off and she immediately called me back with the measurements required. So refreshing to experience this level of customer service and diligence! Thank you!
