A great place to deal with as having ordered Annie Sloan paint, I was impatient to get started with it, so imagine my disappointment when it didn't arrive when expected. However, I spoke to Vicki who was very helpful and thanks to her, I got my paint the very next day. When I opened my parcel, I had a lovely personalised message, a lovely touch! I will certainly keep using this shop.

Ordered my Annie Sloan paint late Tuesday evening and arrived Friday morning ... was supposed to be delivered on Thursday but Royal Mail delayed delivery. Not the fault of Dovetails at all ... things are still a bit crazy post wise I guess.
Was delighted how quick the parcel came anyway and was even more delighted by the little messages on the invoice and inside the box flaps. It is little touches like this that makes a customer feel very valued and want to shop again with this shop. Thank you for making my day and can't wait to get started. Take care and keep safe :)

Purchased Annie Sloan chalk paint and lacquer: great price. Ordered Sunday afternoon and received on Wednesday morning. Excellent service and thank you Vikki for the personal message found inside the well packed box. Would definitely recommend, in fact I'm just about to place my second order

Great service all round. Took the time to go through some colour questions I had. Clearly their focus is on the customer which absolutely shines through. Shop well worth a visit. Lots of upcycled gear to be purchased. Just a shame you can’t view them online.

Very pleased with this lovely company. I ordered my paint late one eve and it was delivered very quickly not the next day but the following one but what was so sweet was the personalised message inside! Nice touch, will definitely use again

I’ve ordered twice from Dovetails, and each time the paint has arrived the next day, very impressed. Very high quality paint, and I also loved that there was no plastic used to package it, and the handwritten note inside the box made me smile :)
