Recently purchased a king-size ottoman divan with mattress and headboard. Jason helped and advised whilst in store and it was delivered promptly by two gentleman. (Martin and another man, sorry didn't catch his name). They even assembled it for me. 🙌 The bed is super comfy and we have all slept great since! Thanks so much!

Looking for a new chair so came here. Wonderful selection of homeware across 3 floors. Bumped into Mr Heritage as he's still working, a mine of knowledge, gives advice, suggestions without the pushy sell you get in some high street chains. Well worth a visit if you're looking for furniture.

Just from the styles of furniture offered here its probably not the go to place for the young and trendy but if you are of an age to appreciate well made, quality furniture that appeals to people with a few years experience under their belts then I'd recommend a visit.
We loved it, we were helped by a top chap called Mike who sorted us out with a good deal on our purchases which were all made in England which is a nice change from flat pack stuff from the far east!

Flawless service and product from beginning to end. Jason was knowledgeable and enthusiastic but never pushy. Delivery was quoted to be 3 weeks for our mattress but was brought to our home within 10 days. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend H&W.
