We ordered a dining table and two chairs in the last week of November. After multiple delays, they arrived in mid-March. The furniture is of good quality but, sadly, the table has visible markings on the top. I complained again and they promised to replace it. Another 3 months to wait but at least we can use the existing table for now.

Today was a complete joy to visit Heals in Kingston. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted and looked after beautifully. Drinks were offered and the service from the knowledgeable salespeople was excellent. Thanks. Oh yes, there are some great pieces of furniture in store too! And even Some bedside tables and Lamps !!!

After my previous review about my awful experience with the delivery company, Heal's have agreed to offer a full refund, that's the reason for my rate update.
Sid in customer service has been fantastic, dealing with Heals Kingston and the delivery company. Thanks to him the refund was processed in less than a day.

A well recommended place to go if you're looking for nice furniture or you're a photographer and looking for their wonderful set of stairs

Sooo quite. Midweek shop and probably the only shoppers. Hope it doesn't go the way of a lot of other stores

An upmarket designer stores that sells furniture, homeware accessories and toiletries. Masks are required when going inside and talking to the members of staff. Brilliant store to browse around for designer products. 👍
