Cookes Furniture - Christchurch

From order to delivery we had to wait quite a long time (not Cookes fault). Cookes kept us informed and, when we told them we had sold our old suite, they supplied a replacement on a temporary basis. The delivery men were very efficient and we are very pleased with the corner sofa we now have.

I had a little query re a Sofa Bed I purchased recently no problem they sorted it out straight away .

Shopping for a new mattress, we were lucky enough to speak with the fabulously knowledgeable Robert Browning. Robert was unbelievably patient with us, guiding us through the myriad of options available to find what type of mattress would suit us best. Robert has clearly spent many years in the industry and his depth of knowledge was outstanding. If you are looking for an expert in this field, then look no further! We would certainly highly recommend Cookes Furniture to any of our friends. The store is immaculately presented...not a spec of dust to be seen on any of the displays. All members of the sales team we encountered were friendly and welcoming.

Outstanding service from start to finish, furniture was delivered 3 weeks earlier than expected. The delivery guys were fantastic, despite having to lift our very heavy unit over our balcony! Would recommend 100%.
