This little company is absolutely fantastic. The advertised sale offered authentic bargains. The quality of the bed, mattress and headboard I purchased was genuinely superb - at literally half the price! Honestly, I was stunned. Further, the service was excellent. On a Sunday evening the website had an online advisor who dealt with all my queries and instantly fixed a pricing error. My goods came just two days later (free delivery!) at the time stated by a courteous, professional delivery man. Honestly, I am so impressed. I am currently refurbishing my house and I have dealt with many well-established companies. J-Furniture is up there with the best of them - and in some cases, beats them hands down!

The bed is fine and good for the price although the delivery service is shocking! I understand that with cheap beds and furniture shops it's delivery to the door, but this guy literally just dropped the bed outside my door, knocked and walked away without even checking if anyone was actually in!

Lovely people there. Communications/service was great, delivery was on time, and the mattress I received was amazing for the price. Will definitely shop with them in the future.

The customer service is horrible... I have ordered just because they promised to deliver it on Friday. But no one contact me day before the delivery as I was told also no message receive with delivery slot as they said to me... so waiting all day at home for nothing. After I call to the shop to find out that delivery is Saturday ... but I bought from them only because I need it for that exactly day of delivery. The lady on the phone been really rude and unprofessional. Saying I don’t know anything about you and you conversation with my colleague so it’s mean people work however they want .... I been told that ok somebody will drop the mattress late this evening. 22:00 I received a call from driver that he’s on the way and mattress will be delivered about 23:30 this is ridiculous. Never ever going to order anything from here. It goes under the law this kind and time of the delivery .

This mattress company is weird 😄. I called as was having issues with ordering online - they then denied the online prices were correct and hung up on me.

I called again, later, after checking the website properly, as I had only glanced at the first mattress I saw before, and they said the prices for a single mattress start from £70, when their website says clearly £55.

A woman told the guy I was talking to to ‘hang up’ and they hung up and blocked me. How can you run a business this way 😄.

They’re a mess. Avoid.

Be very careful with this company, we bought two mattresses from them, they have started dipping on both within two weeks. We have needed to flip the mattress twice now, we ordered the extra firm option. I have emailed in asking for a refund and attached photos to my email without any response at all. I am not hopeful that I will hear anything back from them and suspect I won't see a penny of a refund at all.

Delivered on time and with notice. The double mattress is better than I expected - very good quality at a great price (Under £100 with delivery). No comparison with the big retail stores that were offering rubbish for £150+. Would buy again. Many thanks.

Ordered yesterday, Sunday and it was delivered today, Monday. There was a minor issue and the seller was very responsive and straight away provided options for me and is all sorted now. I would recommend.
