Had an amazing experience with Dawn and the general manager. Went to purchase our first sofa and they were extremely approachable and informative without being pushy. They were also flexible with how much deposit we put down. Would recommend over other stores.

Sales team, knowledgable and friendly. But don't be taken in, After Sales 0 stars, we bought 2 expensive recliners and stools a year ago, with a 2 year guarantee. With normal usage, the seat on one chair is now really uncomfortable, so we asked for it to be repaired/replaced. After visiting the store, where we were told it shouldn't be like that after only a year, we were given a phone number to contact. The Customer Services are out-sourced, after sending photos and email they told us to contact ANOTHER number to get the repair done at OUR cost. We will not be using FURNITURE VILLAGE again. Their guarantees are totally worthless!

We were approached to a colleague called Dawn hogan at the rugby store.
We’ve just sold are home and moving into a new build. Dawn helped us with every room from lounge, dining kitchen and bedrooms. I even wanted to change colours and back again and nothing was a problem. Dawn was very professional and polite. I can now relax and wait for are beautiful furniture to arrive.

We found the sales person Tony, not pushy, but very helpful and felt very relaxed in trying out the sofas. We were given all the details we needed to make our choice. We liked the fact that we were not persuaded to sign up to order while in store.

We went in Rugby store on Sunday and was looked after by Andy Paz such a fabulous experience. Patient, knowledgeable and helpful. We went away to double check our measurements and returned today where once again we were looked after by Andy, we placed an order for a corner sofa. We would highly recommend Furniture Village and Andy. Thanks for making our experience an enjoyable one.

Friendly and professional service without being overbearing. It would have been preferable to have a printed quote to take home but Avi supplied all the details so that we could go home and make a decision. We came back the next day and the transaction was handled promptly with plenty of information supplied.

Dawn was fabulous in assisting us choosing the right sofa & thoughtfully considered our space to find pieces that fit perfectly. Thank you Dawn!
