Oak Furnitureland

Ridiculous. Ordered over £1100 of tables and chairs. On first delivery 6 chairs damaged with 4 chairs damaged enough they are going back.. Returned and in the next delivery the boxes are ripped and broken and again surprise surprise chairs are damaged.

I had intended to order a living room set and a bedroom set to match with the dining room but we will be looking elsewhere now as having to be chasing up this poor level of delivery service and wasted time is just shocking for a company this size. It is a shame as the furniture is nice but the after sales/delivery is just letting it down to the point I won't buy again there.

Received an email 6 days from receiving the delivery of the furniture due on 4th November (we ordered at the start of July). We were told there were distribution issues which is understandable given the current situation but to be only told 6 days before the delivery that there was a delay and then to be offered the next delivery date to be 4th March 2021 was too big an ask for us. So we cancelled and asked for a refund. I will only put down a deposit next time at other stores and not the full balance. I won’t be using Oak Furnitureland again.

Relaxed and helpful atmosphere no pressure and good range of products but haven't had the large dresser we ordered delivered yet . Will update review when I have it !

Awesome, furniture lovely shop but no customer service when bought on line 😒

My god where do I start. First of all, my son suffers from seizures- he has not had one for 3 weeks so we thought let’s go and do some furniture shopping for his bedroom as he is feeling abit better and rested. My son Unfortunately had a seizure in the store which caused “inconvenience” for the staff there. Firstly, staff stood on the side watching not asking if I needed any aid or help, I then overheard the manager saying to some customers behind me “we’re sorry about this, we can talk over here it’s more quieter”. Instead of pausing his conversation he decided to ignore myself on the floor attending to my sons seizure and sent a new member of staff who was practically a teenager to “help me”. They did not offer a drink afterwards or even tissues! Disgusting customer service. May I also add, I complained that two of their staff members were parked in their disabled bays. I knew this as they were by their cars smoking talking to eachother. They then said disabled bays are for staff and disabled customers. Shockingly horrendous treatment today. Horrible human beings.

Excellent quality furniture only here, great staff very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Rick for all your professional help 👍👍👍

The manager at Oak Furniture Crawley Hardeep was absolutely brilliant at resolving an issue l had with customer service head office. He dealt with my concerns efficiently and politely. Thank you. You retained a customer. (Clare and her colleague was also amazing)

Will never use this company again, bought 3 seater sofa, new sofa feels to soft nothing like sofa that we sat on in store. Home service technician will not go to shop to company, Money down the drain. Don't waist your money with this company.
