We bought a large sofa from RIFCI. We are very happy with the quality, the fabric is nice and soft. It's a perfect fit and lovely design.
The management and the staff are very kind and knowledgeable.
Delivery was fast.
We would recommend this company without any hesitation.

A couple of things I liked during my visit to your shop at Maidstone mall.

1. Warm reception from the attending staff to my wife and I. He was really patient and accommodating. Answering our questions and offering suggestions when we were unsure or in doubt. He had a good sense of humor and helped in transporting the mattress.
2. The shop was adequately stocked with variety of high quality products and at affordable & negotiable prices.
3. Good aftersales services- delivery and installation

In all, it was a great service.
I would definitely call again if the need arises.

This wardrobe is amazing it fits all my daughters clothes in and believe me she has a lot !!! It was delivered quickly and fitted efficiently in around 3-4 hours ! No mess made ! A fair price too for the size - We are very happy with this purchase Thankyou to all staff at RIFCI !

I am so pleased with my wardrobe, I purchased it from the new store in The Mall Maidstone.
The service in-store was very good,and very helpful.
I paid for the service to build my wardrobe on delivery, which I found a good price too,as well as the price of the wardrobe,which is excellent quality.
On the day of the delivery,the timing was as given,and efficient.
I highly recommend the service for building items,they done an excellent job,very efficient,polite and cleared away all packages too.

We bought two wardrobes and a unit, put together in a couple of hours, no mess. Service we received in the shop was excellent and would defiantly recommend them.

From my first meeting with Sam and Harry I was delighted with the great customer service, their genuine interest in helping me find the right furniture and the time taken to ensure I was 100% happy. When I cancelled the first order as I wasn’t sure it was quite right for my home Harry and Sam were completely unfazed and welcomed me back to the shop to make alternative choices which with the aid of their knowledge and catalogues was easy.

My items were delivered in good time and on the promised day. The fitters were very polite and took great care to cover my wooden floors so they didnt get damaged.

Overall I would 100% recommend this business and recommend customers take the time to explain to them exactly what they require as I’m certain with Sam and Harry’s knowledge of furniture they will be able to help you.
