AVOID this company at all costs, worst customer service ever, infact non existent customer service. When you go into the shop, they tell you that they have requested a call back within 48 hours but usually it's within minutes, still yet to receive one 4 days later. Didn't think to let us know that they weren't going to deliver the sofa, until we went into the shop, only for them to tell us we hadn't signed the finance, even though it had been signed twice in store and received an email to say it had been accepted. All it would of took is a phone call or email to say what was needed before they can deliver. Since our issues, we've realised we are not the only ones with problems.

Walked into store looking for a new dining table. Was approached by Bradley who greeted us and left us to have a browse before helping us purchase a dining table and chairs. Very helpful and knowledgeable from start to finish. Friendly service without being pestered for a sale. Thanks

As soon as we walked in the atmosphere was very good, and not pushy. Kevin was very helpful and amiable what a brillant way to buy a 3 piece suite. Fantastic experience well done Rugby

Absolutely awful experience. Still waiting for my delivery after having to pay an extra £59 delivery cost for a delivery that was never made initially.
Called customer care line over 100 times (not exaggerating) and still haven't been able to get anyone on the phone. Was in touch with an agent via email, who has since gone mute. Never going to go within a mile radius of any NCF living outlet again.

I wrote a glowing review in store as they ask you to do so when purchasing but I've had to update this.
The Rugby sales people are friendly enough but have obviously been told to fudge the truth when it comes to delivery times. (Look online and youll find a history of bad experiences like this.)

Originally I was told that my table was in stock and would take 2 days delivery. Left the store and received a phone call saying it would be 2 weeks. This did not happen and no one let me know. It's now going to be 4 weeks until delivery. Had no communication about the delivery. If you try to ring their customer services it rings out and cuts you off. Frustrated, I went into the store and they said it would be delivered 2days ago. I took the day out to wait for it and unsurprisingly it was not delivered. Then I had an email saying The delivery itself gets outsourced to another company. They are taking an additional week to deliver and that's only because I rang them and chased it.

I'll be happy to update this review with a few more stars if I ever receive a table.

Very helpful sales team in store, ordered a mattress from them took slightly longer to deliver than estimated but happy with the product and service I recieved in the end.

NCF attempted to deliver a sofa to my mum today, the delivery drivers got up to the first floor flat, saw it was a narrow hall, tried to get the sofa through the hall for all of 5 minutes, began huffing and tutting and became quite rude, before returning the furniture to their van and driving off. There's no issue with getting furniture in and out of the property, it's a bit tight, but I removed the old sofa (of the same size) on my own.

Unable to get through to customer service on the phone despite holding for literally hours. No responses to emails.

Went back to their Rugby store, where again, Kai was apologetic & pleasant. However, the manager of the store was of little help and simply sent an email - I struggle to believe they do not have any chain of communication to head office.

My mum is now without a sofa and is £1300 down and is unlikely to get anything back.

Very helpful and friendly sales team, not pushy at all and very good prices. They were the only place we found who were able to deliver our sofa of choice quickly (less than a week turnaround time) whereas everywhere else had a 3-month dispatch time.
We chose a grey velvet Chesterfield-style sofa and are very happy with it.
