Great customer service and quality furniture with extensive choice. Staff lovely. Delivery men took great care and pride in ensuring my large sofa was perfectly assembled and I was happy before they left.

We bought 2sofas and are well pleased with them, we was really impressed with the well stocked really clean and well set out show rooms. We had been to several shops and found Brampton by far the best for choose quality and price. The young lady was very noligeable answering all our questions. The manager showed us material samples and also showed us a sofa in stow room and that was the colour we had. The delivery men came on day stated and was efficient and professional making sure we was happy before they left. Would definitely reccamend.

Very efficient and friendly sales team with excellent choice and good prices. The delivery team were very patient to ensure the sofas were all installed in the correct areas and that the old ones were carefully removed for recycling. Highly recommended.

Welcomed when we entered the premises and then left to look around in peace. Impressed with housekeeping sadly didn't find the item we wanted.Well worth the visit.

Amazing place, I have lived in town for over 50 years and never visited this store? it's absolutely massive!! I am so glad they have the arrows on the floor to guide you round as you would get seriously lost? The products are great tables and chairs beds sofas etc. All you need to creative a home. And no I don't work for the company I just appreciate good service. I was not followed around just welcomed in and left to my own devices. I would definitely go back here

Very good customer service and found everything that I wanted.

Beautiful products, sadly not matched by the customer service. Communications especially poor. We ordered a table on 1 May and after so many delays (for various reasons) we cancelled the order in mid November as there was no grasp on when we might expect delivery.

A bit like Arighi Bianchi only better and cheaper.
