Watts the Furnishers

Let's clear this up, I phoned the shop this morning, the staff were getting quite worried, this happened on Sunday night, the shop had been closed all day and night, there were no staff on site, the only connection is that its was the shop's doorway providing some shelter for this woman. NO MEMBER OF STAFF WAS INVOLVED IN THIS INCIDENT IN ANY WAY.

Excellent and prompt service! My 95 year old mother in law's mobility chair stopped working and someone came out immediately. It could not be repaired and after a phone call the following morning a new one was delivered and fitted by 10 0'clock. Thank you.

We went in for some dining room chairs, found the exact ones we wanted of a high quality and on offer. The man working there was exceptionally helpful, knew all his stock and procedures, and we sorted out delivery for Monday, this being the Saturday! They arrived Monday afternoon exactly as described, very efficient delivery especially given our lack of parking outside our house. Overall very impressed, if I could give 10 stars I would. Will definitely be going back.

Excellent service, what a brilliant Gentleman to deal with certainly knows his furniture, let down badly by a well known furniture company, and he helped us so much even staying late on a Saturday passed 4pm,
