We looked at sofas in some of the big retail stores. West Lancs Furniture had the same sofas in stock at significantly reduced pricing. Definitely worth a look if you are thinking of getting a new sofa.

I ordered a wardrobe and draws in March 2022 and was told they would take 7 weeks delivered very, after 8 weeks I gave West lancs furniture a call to find out where they were and was told they would be with them by the Friday of the same week, Friday came and went and the following week I called them again and was told the same thing again, this went on happened on 3 occasions, the last time my girlfriend called and again they said they would be there by Friday again, my girlfriend Friday told them if she doesn’t get a phone call on the morning of the Friday she will be going to there shop on mart lane Burscough, to discuss in person why we kept being fobbed off. About 2 hours later she had a call from west lancs furniture saying it had been delivered, even though it was only due into them on the Friday and this was the Tuesday before, and they could come and fit it the following day. The fitters turned up the following day to fit the wardrobe but the back panels were missing and it was all wrapped up in bubble rap, and the draws were inn boxes as you would expect when they are meant to be coming straight from the manufacturer’s, this rang alarm bells, as if it was from there showroom that’s why it was there the same day. It then tuck them another 5 months to come and fitted the 2 missing back panels, in all it tuck 7 months to get my wardrobes fitted properly when they had told me it would be 7 weeks. When I asked if they could do anything with the price considering the time I had to wait, they said, we can knock £20 off.
They weren’t bothered when I said I would not use them again.
I would never advise anyone to use them unless you want a long wait.

Nice place to view many chairs and furniture, good stock, friendly staff. Found our choice quickly and purchased with confidence. Had a problem with a chair but handled swiftly by WLF.

Good store plenty stock and allowed to browse with no pestering .

Really pleased with our dining table and chairs. We'd been looking everywhere and finally found what we wanted here. Our delivery was on time and they kept us well informed throughout - they're a pleasure to deal with.
