Professional service and decent prices. Purchased a sofa bed from here, which arrived exactly on time, the delivery staff were able to set it up in the spare bedroom with no trouble. Only downside was not being able to see the item before purchase as it was only available online. Fortunately it looked exactly like it's picture.

Sofas not turned up. Over 2 months late. No safas for Christmas. Harvey's don't care. Won't do anything about it just blame it on suppliers and tell you your not the only one. Don't call back when they promise too. They don't deserve any stars. Whatever you do don't buy from here if you actually want a sofa!

The purchase was fine. After service was like a scene from Fawlty towers. They would struggle to organise a party with a stereo, barrel of beer and a large bag of cocaine. Never again It was too painful.
