Family Vision Ltd

I have been a customer with family vision for quite some time now and iv had several items from them iv recently had a new cabin bed for my son that came back within 2 days of ordering it. I spoke to adam on the phone a few times and he has been more than helpful and very polite. I would highly recommend this company to many of people and i will continue to be a customer of theirs for many more years.

This is my honest opinion, having been a customer of family vision for about 3 years. I was struggling to afford payments on my brighthouse account, family vision approached me and offered an amazing starter pack which was way cheaper. I have currently 5 items from family vision, weekly payments are low and taken by direct debit so no need to worry about missing a payment. Anything that goes wrong with a product they will fix straight away without any hassle. Everyone saying that you pay more than the product is worth, yes this maybe true but what do you expect when they are a company that accepts people with adverse credit. Also these guys are way cheaper than the competitors brighthouse or the late buy as you view. I fully trust this company and will continue to buy products from them in the future. Delivery is fast and included with the price. I have recommended friends and they too have been satisfied with this company. A complete pleasure to deal with. Thanks family vision!

Had several products off family vision and always been very pleased with the helpful friendly staff always easy to get hold of. Always able to answer any questions I have.
Also I receive a statement once a year so know exactly how much I have left to pay.

Josh is our caller and he's very pleasant, helpful and well dressed...been with Family Vision for 20+ years and have never had any problems with the services they provide. Hope to continue using Family Vision in the future.
