Sofa City Direct

Bought my sofas from there 2 years ago. Even now after fairly heavy usage they still look like new. My friends curse me when I tell them how much it cost as the deal I had was such outstanding value!

Excellent value for money, my sofa looks fab!! When it was made it wouldn't go up the stairs to my flat, so they took it away and remade it in 2 pieces for me. Their only fault is that they forget to pass on messages and return your calls , so time lapses in between.

Quality and customer service is very poor. Having taken large seat cushions back to be repaired after only a few months, they had them for 2 weeks and kept forgetting to repair them despite numerous visits and phone calls. In the end I couldn’t keep leaving work early to catch them open so I asked them to deliver the cushions to my home (just over a mile away) and no surprise they forgot to do that too. They did not apologise, it was just not important to them. I would not recommend.

Bought a sofa bed from them about 1 month ago. Very poor quality, cushions already sagging. That’s not what I ordered.

Manager never calls back to resolve the issue.

Don’t recommend to anyone.

Sofa looks nice but ..Poor quality. Creeks, fabric loose, cushions flat. Poor aftercare and service! Would not ever recommend or return!
