Bought corner suite broke within 6 weeks refusing to replace . Staff in store helpful and polite which cannot be said for their after care.

In response to your reply. The unit was not misused as I live on my own . What I did was lean over back to put a plug in a socket that is situated half way up the wall, if the suite is unable to stand this then it not fit for purpose.i am only weigh 9 stone. Lucky I don’t have children jumping all over it. This was not the only problem as there is 3inch gaps on the corner piece that doesn’t join up either side with next pieces which your independent advisor stated was cutting and sewn wrongly which is a manufacturing fault. I work hard to buy what i want so i am not in the habit of abusing or misusing anything. See attached photos.

Nice big store on multiple floors but it is a bit of a maize lots of stock to choose from staff are polite and very helpful
