Truly beautiful place, great staff, excellent contribution to society and excellent training program. Plants are amazing quality much better than any garden centre, compost is also excellent quality I would definitely recommend. The homemade cake is exceptional

This place is an absolute hidden gem!
Everything you would want for your garden - plenty of plants (annuals and perennials) fresh compost, pleat-free compost, logs, wood chipping, etc.

I will definitely go back for more essentials very soon. Just love it there!

Visited today.. was an excellent experience. Don’t know an awful lot about gardening but was hoping to get some fruit and vegetable plants for the garden. Got lots at a very reasonable price.. the staff were friendly and helpful.. I came away pleased with my purchases and happy to help a local business.. thanks again for all your help 😊

If your looking for coffee and cake, with interior design ideas then this is not for you. But if you want plants at the right price, with helpful staff then this is a must.

I absolutely love this place. Its very natural and peaceful. Not like the usual day trip garden centre! Somewhere to buy excellent quality plants from someone with years worth of knowledge. They have a really great selection of unusual lettuce, herbs, tomato, courgette, cucumber, brassica etc so perfect if you want to grown your own for summer.

Past it's sell by date. My mom used to love this place but that was 15 plus years ago. Much of what is there is in poor condition or derelict. Looks like another place that will have a small exclusive housing development built on it in the not too distant future.

Selling “seasoned logs” that haven’t been seasoned !
The owner charged me £80 for a bag of “Seasoned” logs how ever when it comes to burning them none of them burn meaning they haven’t been seasoned, Iv also had them moisture tested and they are full of moisture also proving there not seasoned. Iv tried to contact them quite a few times about this now and surprise surprise they don’t want to reply ! Absolute scam !!!
