An absolute pleasure to deal with this company. I ordered my Kamado Joe Junior basket at 0700 on the 7 April and it was on my doorstep at 0800 on the 8 April. It was extremely well packed and the item was as described. I had previously ordered and paid for this item from another company four months ago and it never arrived. The order was cancelled and then I found Birstall. Absolutely brilliant service. Well done and thanks again to. Michael

I haven't been for some time, so was a little disappointed to find they no longer sell plants. I did go expressly for aquatic items I needed for my pond and on asking the lady working there a question about said pond I was extremely impressed by her knowledge of fish and all things aquatic. I have had a pond in my garden for many years, with a tank n filter system and she told me things today I didn't know. If u need to know anything go speak to her. Unfortunately didn't think to get her name. 🙄

The online buying experience with Birstall has been nothing short of exceptional, with my Kamado Joe Jr ordered on Friday and delivered promptly on Tuesday morning. Have already smoked a pork shoulder and some chicken thighs, both turned out tender and packed with flavour.

As of time of writing (August 2021) they offer the best bundle deals on all Kamado Joe's, you can rest assured I'm the kind of person that looks at 100+ retailers before making a choice.

Any queries were answered swiftly and in good detail, spoke with Grace who was very helpful. Looking forward to many more grilling sessions, the Junior is the ideal size for a couple with no kids and a greedy dog.

Ordered a Kamado Joe from here on Friday and it was delivered Monday morning, communication throughout has been excellent from my initial enquiry to the delivery agent contacting me to arrange delivery. Arrived well package, a not insignificant size. Would highly recommend.
