Excellent service from Amelia, Tom and Gay today. They have been very friendly and welcoming. They helped me select the right garden furniture and helped with a last minute same day delivery which is quite rare these days. I cant fault the service one bit. Highly recommend.

Disappointed that I paid £350 for a BBQ, to then be called over a week later to be told that they didn't actually have it stock.

Customer care were very friendly and helpful, for them I'd give 5 stars.

The sales team however firstly took my money and didn't have the product and then wouldn't budge on providing me with another (next upgrade above) bbq without paying another large sum of money, in the end of season sales. I'd give 2 stars.

Had to do a full refund. They made no money and I was left disappointed with no BBQ. Not great business, but very friendly people.

I visited Ruxley Manor with my three year old for the Father Christmas Grotto experience, which was brilliant. I'd heard good things in advance and worried that it wouldn't live up to the hype, which it absolutely did.
The "Elves" are particularly great and made a point of really engaging my son in the activities that are part of the experience and answering his questions about the North Pole and magic reindeer.
Father Christmas welcomed my son by name and was generally fantastic.
Unlike most Santa experiences, this one is priced per group rather than per child. Given the amount of time you spend in the experience, the care and attention that goes into the experience itself and the quality of the gift at the end I think it's well worth it (and if you have multiple children in your group it may even be less expensive than comparable experiences).

Great selection of Gardening things. Plants, flowers, tools ETC.
But we went for the Christmas decorations. They have a fantastic range of indoor and outdoor decorations. Highly recommended

Fantastic garden centre with farm shop and restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea. Even noticed the igloos for special family meals and outdoor sitting area where you could have a meal too. Splendid Christmas decorations there today .. definitely enhancing Christmas spirit 🎄🎅🏼🌟 Sadly no ice rink this year, but still plenty to do with the kids.

A real Christmas wonderland. Wide range of products. Especially the Christmas stuff. Prices not too bad , lots of gift ideas. Restaurant is really good value and delicious food. It does get very busy there , especially at lunch time. Also the Cashier line can be slow.

I turn up a week early for my booking and was given a fantastic afternoon tea experience. Outstanding teamwork at the Mulberry Restaurant, they got our Pod ready with no time and food was ready within 10min. Our host was attentive, friendly and left us with a wonderful customer service experience. We definitely will return and a big Thanks You for today.
