I was really pleased with my plugs. They were a good size and looked very healthy. I had to email about the order (nothing wrong just a query) and recieved a very speedy response. Would happily buy here again.

EDIT:
Received my second order, again absolutely delighted with the quality of the plants. They call them plugs, but they are much larger than plugs I received from other companies.

Not a pleasant company to deal with. Ordered 5th Feb, they were quoting two weeks lead time. Automated email sent 8th Feb to say there would be an additional one week delay because of snow which is understandable but that was the last we heard from the company. Sent enquiry emails 3rd March, 9th March, 12th March - no responses. Telephoned several times over about one week - never any answer. Eventually initiated the automated refund process which was processed quickly showing they were monitoring incoming comms, they just elected not to reply to them - never any direct communication from the company.

My advice if you are going to part with money is to use a more professional and customer focused business such as Emorsgate Seeds or Naturescape.co.uk who do pretty much the same thing for similar prices but are much more effective and respond to email and telephone enquiries.

Terrible company that just don’t respond to phone calls or emails!! Don’t waste your time!! Ordered plants in March and it’s now October and still no plants!!

Great selection of plants, took a while to come but can’t fault the quality. Will definitely use again.
