Thank you Carol, Gary, Andrew and the rest of the team at the Booker branch. I came to collect a lovely plant for our summer fete at Spinfield School. I left with the beautifully scented 125 yr anniversary of the garden centre ‘ hope and dreams rose’,a variety of wild plants from your hairy pot section ( love this organic range!) and much more to update my own garden. Also I was able to see a great range of Kadi firebowls which were much more reasonable than the one I bought at Chelsea flower show. Wonderful staff . I will be returning soon now I have a membership card.
I think u may have a few more coming to buy your rose as it got a lot of attention especially due to its wonderful scent!

Thank you so much to Garry for all your help today! Your knowledge and passion for plants was unmatched and we really appreciate you standing out in the baking sun for hours piecing together our garden design. It is not often you get service like this and so we felt compelled to write a review.

Visited today and had a look at the small animals while passing through, I love animals of all shapes and sizes but seeing the enclosures the hamsters were kept in was heartbreaking, as a hamster mum myself, I’m disappointed with the tiny little glass boxes they’re kept in, wheels dirty and far to small. No food throughout any cages. Considering their “birthdates” you’d expect bigger wheels, houses and enclosures and deeper bedding/more bedding/ boredom breakers, one hamster there today being 6 months could for sure not run in the 4-6 inch wheels provided which would cause spine issues, the leaflets provided also full of false information about hamster care and enclosure/nutrition. Considering how well kept the rest of the centre is, I would have expected the animals to be in much better condition. Seems as if plants get the priority over the life of animals. No staff in sight.

They have put a lot of effort into making this a more enjoyable experience. Good selection of gardening stuff as well as all the extras you now find in garden centres.
The cafe is good with reasonable amount of seating.
Pet shop and Aquatics shop on site so plenty of shopping opportunities.

Good range of things, found a quality birthday card and enjoyed coffee. Found some absorbent mats for muddy dog paws which was good. Garden about about to have lots of work so plants will be for another time

We got some nice stuff to start a little garden. But we did see a few plants just on the ground knocked over and broken pots not attended to so some tidying up would be useful 👊🏻

Another garden centre with a coffee shop to take the aged parents to! But it has a fancy new entrance, decent parking and some good non garden centre sections which don't feel too much like alien concessions. But the smile came from some of the staff we interacted with, especially a lad on the till who could not of been more sincerely positive and the restaurant staff. Best of all, I asked for my latte to be as warm as possible and it was. Went well with great scones and flapjack, which were generous portions.
